Welcome.

I’m Melissa — an Executive Leadership Advisor, Executive Coach, and Certified Hypnotherapy Practitioner.
I support leaders, professionals, and organizations navigating transition, increasing complexity, and evolving leadership demands — helping strengthen leadership effectiveness, relationship dynamics, and the human capability required for sustainable performance.

Many of the clients I work with are high-achieving, driven individuals who are ready for their next level — yet find themselves slowed by patterns such as overthinking, perfectionism, self-doubt, or relational strain.
These challenges are rarely about ambition or strategy alone. More often, they reflect deeply ingrained beliefs and behavioral patterns that quietly shape confidence, decision-making, and leadership effectiveness over time.

My work focuses on bridging the gap between awareness and meaningful forward momentum.
Through a blend of executive coaching, modern hypnotherapy, and neuroscience-informed approaches, I help clients identify and shift the patterns influencing how they think, lead, relate, and respond under pressure.

Before establishing my private practice, I spent years in senior human resources roles on Wall Street and as a consultant in financial services, supporting product development, growth initiatives, and sales positioning. I understand firsthand the realities of operating in high-performance environments — managing expectations, navigating complexity, and sustaining results while simultaneously navigating personal and professional transitions.

There was also a season in my own career where I was leading at a high level professionally while raising triplet daughters — an experience that shaped my understanding of how leadership effectiveness is influenced not only by skill and ambition, but by the level of support, capacity, and alignment surrounding individuals during the most demanding stages of life and work.

Today, I partner with clients during pivotal moments — stepping into expanded leadership roles, navigating career or life reinvention, strengthening relationships and team dynamics, or seeking greater clarity and confidence in how they move forward.
